Binational Teachers Program
This summer, our district welcomed six teachers from Mexico through the Binational Program for the second consecutive year.  Mount Vernon was the sole district in Washington state to participate in this program for the current year, and it has once again proven to be a success. I had the privilege of interviewing these educators at the end of their program, and I encourage you to watch.
