School Employees Benefits Board (SEBB) Program

As of January 1, 2020, our insurance benefits are managed through the Washington State Health Care Authority (HCA). The annual open enrollment in the fall provides an opportunity for you to change your insurance plans, add or remove dependents, and make other changes to your health care coverage. You can also make changes to your insurance if you experience a life qualifying event by submitting a Special Open Enrollment. Log into the online enrollment system using your computer, tablet, or smartphone at Benefits 24/7.
