About Mount Vernon Schools

Mount Vernon School District is a growing and diverse district in the fertile Skagit Valley, sixty miles north of Seattle. We employ nearly 900 people serving more than 6,200 students across six elementary schools, two middle schools, one high school, and one home-school parent partnership.
