Since becoming Superintendent in July 2024, I’ve spent time listening, learning, and connecting with students, staff, families, and community members across Mount Vernon. I’m excited to share my "Entry Plan", which reflects what I’ve heard and experienced over these past several months.

Para Nuestras Familias de MVSD,

Desde que asumí el cargo de Superintendente en julio de 2024, he pasado tiempo escuchando, aprendiendo y conectando con estudiantes, personal, familias y miembros de la comunidad en todo Mount Vernon. Me emociona compartir con ustedes mi "Informe del Plan de Entrada", que refleja lo que he escuchado y vivido durante estos últimos meses.

Este informe destaca las fortalezas de nuestro distrito y señala áreas en las que podemos crecer — juntos. Lo más importante es que pone en el centro sus voces, esperanzas e ideas para el futuro.
